The OUTreach Board of Directors meet the first Wednesday of every month at the Unitarian Universalist Church of Ogden. All Board meetings are public and the agenda can be found here on our website, 24 hours prior to the meeting. Please contact the Board two days in advance if you wish to be on the agenda. Gary Horenkamp, M.S., L.P.C., has been the Program Director of OUTreach since its inception. Gary is a professional counselor and has many years of experience in working with LGBT youth and LGBT advocacy.
